The National Junior Honor Society (NJHS) is the nation's premier organization established to recognize outstanding middle level students. More than just an honor roll, NJHS serves to honor those students who demonstrate excellence in the areas of scholarship, service, leadership, character, and citizenship.

ELIGIBILITY

Membership to the National Junior Honor Society is one of the highest honors that can be awarded to a student. To be eligible for membership in the Academy of Our Lady of Grace Chapter of the NJHS, you must fulfill the following qualifications:

• Currently enrolled as a 6th, 7th or 8th grade student
• Obtain a minimum B+ average in every subject in the first trimester.
• The personal development section of the first trimester report card must display either satisfactory (S) or outstanding (O) for every subject.

After being selected and voted by the Faculty Council, membership will become active during a special induction ceremony. 

After induction, if a grade falls below a B+ average in any subject, a member will be given the duration of one trimester to restore eligibility.

Academy of Our Lady of Grace commends all members on their successful efforts and encourages all participants to work hard and always do their best. AOLG looks forward to having continual membership in the next academic year.
